If your order is placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time, it will be processed the same day:

Always Free Delivery
We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
Import Duties
In some cases, customs may inspect the package being delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes as of 1 July 2021, we have no control over this. In rare cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this occurs in only 1% of cases. If import duties are applied, feel free to contact us.
Non-Home Delivery or Postal Delivery
When a package is delivered to your door or to a post office, Natrosa covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct $40 from the total amount.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?
In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
